Michael Barnes is teaching geometry and coaching FB and Boys's Golf for Coalgate HS.
He has been in education for 7 years. Prior to working in education, he ran a grant at East Central University to help train professionals in assisting people with developmental disabilities. He has been a head coach in softball and basketball and an assistant coach in both basketball and football. Coach Barnes has taught both history and upper level math. Additionally, he holds a masters degree in school administration. Welcome, Coach Barnes! We are glad you're a Wildcat!
